The club’s men’s team defended their B Grade title with a 4-0 win against Sandhurst, with sudden death penalty strokes needed for the B Grade women to prevail against Senjuns.

Scores were locked at 0-0 at half-time of the B Grade men’s final, but goals to Mitch Copland, Adam Gardiner, Jerem Gesch and Dale Williams secured consecutive titles.

It was a different situation for Loddon Murray’s B Grade women, who prevailed against Senjuns after both teams failed to score in regulation and extra time.

Both sides were locked on the same number of goals after two rotations of penalty strokes, with Loddon Murray prevailing 3-2 in sudden death.

The Under 15 Sandhurst-Kerang team were also winners last Friday night, defeating Senjuns 6-0 in the grand final.
