Around 200 people packed into Peeches Coffee Lounge on Thursday morning to ask each other, are you OK?

Thesupport for R U OK? Day was overwhelming.

“Even if only one or twoconversations happened, that’s just awesome,”R U OK?community ambassadorKaren Snaidero said.

“The fact that the stigma was actually broken down to the point that we can have 200 people sitting in a community breakfast to just forget about everything, talk and raise money for mental health awareness is unreal.”

Kay Catanzariti attended the event and said it was integral to continue these conversations. She encouraged people to reach out to friends who were dealing with mental health issues.
